Colossians 3:12 · King James Version
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering.
Compassion is something we actively put on — it takes intention.
- Question
- What would bowels of mercies look like on you?
- This week
- Put on one of these before leaving the house each day.
Wednesday · Zechariah 7:9
Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and shew mercy and compassions every man to his brother.
Justice and compassion aren't opposites. Scripture calls us to hold both.
Use it at your church
