Matthew 5:44 · King James Version

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.

This is the most radical ethical teaching in the Gospels. It has no exceptions.

Question
Who would you have to pray for to obey this verse?
This week
Pray for that person by name every day this week.

Wednesday · Romans 12:20-21

Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Paul borrows from Proverbs and then adds the line that makes it a way of life: evil is overcome with good, not with more evil.
